Cancellation/Refund Policy as of May 1, 2021:
All sessions, workshop and membership fees are final sale, no refunds will be offered.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please give Margarett more than 48 hours notice so that she can use that time for someone on her waiting list. Rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours is the same as a "no show", as she won't have time to fill the appointment time. However, we're all human! If you have an emergency, or are ill and need to reschedule for that reason, she understands and will rebook you. If you are ill, you are asked to reschedule when you are feeling better, and in this case there is no missed appointment charge. Margarett doesn't exchange energy when she or her client is ill as the process is already very physically demanding for her.
If you do not show up for your appointment, or are more than 10 minutes late, this is considered a "no show", or a cancellation on your part, and it will not be rescheduled nor refunded. If you are late for your appointment, Margarett cannot guarantee that you will get the full time you booked, as she always starts her next appointment on time. For example, if you booked an hour appointment starting a 2 and don't appear until 2:10, your appointment will still finish at 3.

If Margarett has to reschedule your appointment due to illness or emergency your appointment will be rescheduled a.s.a.p. For this reason, please check your email or phone messages before your appointment time that day.
Margarett commits to:
*serve the best interests of her clients, conducting her professional activities without causing or intending to cause harm
*protect herself and her client from illness and reschedule if she is ill and request the client to reschedule if they are ill for the purpose of exchanging energy during the session
*treat all her clients with respect
*keep confidential the names of clients and all information shared or discussed during readings unless otherwise requested by the client or required by a court of law
*recommend clients consult a licensed professional for the advice of a legal, financial, medical, or psychological nature when she feels it would be beneficial to the client
*respect a clients’ right to refuse or terminate their reading at any time, regardless of prior consent, and she reserves the right to terminate a reading at any time and the right to refuse service
